We at The Woven Arts take pride in our shipping and delivery model. All our deliveries are managed using capable means of transport and we only initiate delivery once our customers complete the payment process of their orders.

We levy shipping charges based on a volumetric system which makes shipping costs vary due to the nature of the product in every order that we receive. This is simply because every product we handle differs in weight and we have to take into account the shipping destination.

PLEASE NOTE:  We do not charge shipping in cases where order value exceeds INR 1,50,000 (within India)


The GST/VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer and are to be paid at the time of delivery to our logistics partner or as per their advice. The Woven Arts does not include these extra charges as part of the price mentioned on our products. (as displayed on the website). These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay.

PLEASE NOTE: These charges are levied by state and central governments which we do not have any control over and they may differ from each state and country as per the local rules and regulations of that place.

NOTE: The above-mentioned days are merely an indication since your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, level of customisation and other factors which may be unique to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.


Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, we will email you the tracking number along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.

NOTE: The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to be activated on the company’s tracking website.


The Woven Arts does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate addresses that include postal code.

NOTE: Under circumstances where incomplete addresses have been shared by the customer, The Woven Arts will not be liable for any delays that occur. In such a scenario, the customer will bear the reshipping charges.


Delays in delivery of your product caused due to natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstances shall not be refundable, returned, replaced or exchanged by The Woven Arts.

Any delays caused due to unavailability of stock at The Woven Arts will be the company’s responsibility. We shall inform the customer by e-mail in which he/she will be given the option to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund on their order.
